Teaser Tuesday September 18

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Crave by Laura J. Burns & Melinda Metz

I'm getting worse, a voice inside her head whispered. She knew it was true. Nobody ever said it out loud. Her mother and her stepfather still acted as if the cure was only a few days away from being found. But there was no cure. And she was getting worse.

  2. GREAT teaser. I'm wondering what terrible incurable disease she has and whether or not she's going to get better. It doesn't sound hopeful.
My Teaser is from HOLLYWOOD BEGINNINGS.

  7. I wonder what she needs a cure for, and what "crave" refers to. Can't be good. Nice teaser. My TT this week is from The Magicians.
